The finalists have been revealed by NJ.com in their N.J.’s best bar showdown (Read Full Article), another one of their in-depth undertakings by food guru Pete Genovese that have seen them find the best wings, ice cream, and more in the state.

After thousands of readers nominated a total of 405 bars, those were whittled down when the top 25 vote getters along with 25 picks from Genovese — who spent much of the last month visiting all 50 bars to determine which are best of the best.

One area place broke thru and was named to the final 10 — Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas in Clifton — another location is coming to Paramus (Read Article). Known for it’s wine and tapas (unsurprisingly), he mentioned they made the cut for their “extraordinary wine selection”, the in-house mixologist, and excellent food.

Genovese will now visit all ten and reveal the winner on June 24th.
