Wine Enthusiast announced the annual edition of their list of America’s 100 Best Wine Restaurants (Read Full List).

Celebrating “the best wine and dining experiences”, the choices were selected by a team of experts at the magazine. Restaurants featured include classic establishments offering a refined wine and dining program but also some of the country’s “rising stars”.

Locally to New Jersey, only one place in the state made the list this year — Pluckemin Inn in Bedminster — with 10,000 bottles on display and other 36,000 in the cellar, their selection leans toward classic regions with a menu of contemporary American cuisine. A dish mentioned was the sea scallops with ‘nduja, fregola sarda, clams, and mussels.

The hotly anticipated list is currently available online and in the latest print issue which hits newsstands on Tuesday, July 2nd.
