Sometime you want to drop a lot of money on a special meal but aren’t too sure if the high price will guaranteed an excellent experience. Travel + Leisure dropped a list titled The 100 Best Restaurants Worth Splurging on This Year, According to Yelp (View Full List) to help eliminate some of the pain.

The list was culled from Yelp reviews (naturally) that were ranked with three or four dollar signs (ie expensive) that were in categories related to food and dining. Overall rating and volume were considered — including overall dining review volume for the area.

There was one lone New Jersey restaurant that made the cut. That would be 618 in Freehold, which is a restaurant and catering/banquet facility. Unfortunately the list did not lay out specific highlights about them — According to their website lunch and dinner are available seven days a week.
