Bubbakoo’s Burritos, the Jersey shore-based (Point Pleasant) chain of Tex-Mex eateries, has announced their next Bergen County location is coming to Paramus. The franchisees are the same for their Oakland location, which opened back in November.

The menu (View Menu) works like many fast causal restaurants where customers pick and create their own meal. Meals can be a burrito, bowl, taco, quesadilla, nachos or salad. Meats include steak, shrimp, ground beef, various chicken choices (grilled and fried), carnitas and more.

Other add-ons include rice, beans, salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, cheese and other veggies. There’s a number of sauce choices (like bbq, sweet chili, mango habanero and more) plus many extras and sides like guac, queso, and fries.

No specifics on the actual location, though it will likely surface soon.
