After four and a half years, DVine Bar in Sparkill has opened it’s doors for Monday service.

It’s been quite the year for DVine Hospitality Group, with the team also adding to their culinary empire with the opening of DVine Pie back in July (View Opening Alert).

The small plates/wine bar menu at DVine Bar from Chopped Champion Chris Holland features plates from around the world — or as they call it “unpretentious food” that is “designed to highlight local and seasonal ingredients”.

Alcohol options include a extensive wine list curated from their expertise running wine shop Grape D’Vine next door plus a bunch of seasonal signature cocktails.

Now open everyday (including MONDAYS) for dinner with brunch on Sundays too.
