Eons, the fast casual Greek concept in Paramus (also Manhattan and Queens) from former Varka (Ramsey) Executive Chef and partner George Georgiades, has opened their heavily anticipated Montvale location.

The concept offers a menu (View Menu) of Mediterranean food in similar fashion to other fast casual outlets (think Chipotle) where you choose a base (pita, rice or salad) and then a protein. Georgiades has stepped up the choices with options like hormone and antibiotic-free chicken and lamb, wild caught shrimp, “sushi grade” wild octopus and more.

It’s open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
