Ah’ Pizz, a chainlet of pizzerias from right here in the Garden State, is coming to Wayne – their existing locations are in Harrison and Montclair.

The pizzeria serves “authentic” Neapolitan pizza (View Menu), prepared using imported, Italian ingredients and cooked for less than 90 seconds in their wood-fired stone oven. According to their website, authentic Neapolitan pizza is characterized by dough made only with finely ground Italian wheat flour, natural Neapolitan yeast, sea salt and water. It also includes San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh mozzarella made from cow and water buffalo milk. All mozzarella Fior-di-Latte (cow milk) is made fresh daily.

Unfortunately there’s no specific info on when they plan on opening other than the requisite “coming soon”
