Gogi Grill Coming to Whole Foods 365 in Weehawken

Gogi Grill, the Korean BBQ takeout chain, is opening a location inside the upcoming Whole Foods 365 market coming to Weehawken.

With locations in Manhattan and Hoboken, the menu (View Menu) reads like many fast casual joints where customers create their own dishes. Food can be served in a bowl (bibimbap style), burrito, taco, or salad (on a bed of lettuce). Various bases of rice (white, fried, kimchi) and sweet potato are then toppped with proteins like galbi (beef short rib), bulgogi, grilled chicken, pork belly and more. Then guests can choose toppings (veggies, etc) and sauce.

Whole Foods 365, is the “Whole Foods for millennials” with a smaller “more curated” selection of products – and has often been compared to Trader Joes.
