GOGO Galbi, a new Korean BBQ buffet restaurant, has opened in Paramus.

The menu (View Menu) is all you can eat KBBQ setup as a buffet. In addition to both marinated and non-marinated meats, the buffet with offers banchan (side dishes), stews, hot items, sauces, rice & more so customers can create their own. According to management, all beef cuts served are USDA Prime.

There is a focus on ssam (Korean-style cuisine where lettuce or other leafy green are used to wrap pieces of meat), so along with the proteins available, customers have a number of organic lettuce leaves to choose from.

The restaurant is open six days (closed Tuesdays) for lunch and dinner.
