The New Jersey department of Alcoholic Beverage Control has gone back on their recent restrictions to craft breweries according to a report by New Jersey Monthly magazine (Read Article).

It was just over a week ago (View Article) that the state sought to limit the current 88 breweries activites onsite, including various events being held in brewery tasting rooms. This also included preventing the distribution of restaurant menus.

This all happened after Governor Phil Murphy voiced some concerns about the news, wondering if it was a “sensible step”. Perhaps common sense is beginning to find itself in Trenton and there will be other future movement in modernizing alcohol laws in New Jersey?
