Curry Up Now, a fast casual Indian chain, has inked deals for expansion into New Jersey according to QSR Magazine (Read Article). Their tagline is “Not Your Regular Indian Fare”.

The menu offers Indian street food (View Menu) with both traditional items (like pani puri, samosas and chaat) along with twists on wings, ravioli, tacos quesadillas, meatballs, fish n chips, nachos, sliders and more. There’s even burritos crafted with rice and riced cauliflower with choices like chicken or paneer plus bowls and platters with traditional Indian dishes.

The plan is for outlets in Central and Northern Jersey, however no word yet on where in these parts.
