Mobile eats is the name of the game on the The Best Food Truck in Every State list by The Daily Meal (Read Full List).
The list comes from online reviews, menus, social media chatter and even their very own 101 Best Food Trucks list.
New Jersey’s winner is “authentic” Thai food truck and perennial food truck festival participant Aroy-D, The Thai Elephant. Dishes highlighted were pad thai, drunken noodles, pad see ew, pineapple fried rice, and dumplings.
