Tomato & Co, a new fast casual pizza shop, has opened at Garden State Plaza mall in Paramus. This is the third location for the mini chain.

They offer a menu (View Menu) of custom made gourmet pizzas in several styles. Customers get to choose a crust (including gluten-free), one of seven sauces, eight cheeses, ten proteins and sixteen veggies. There’s also side dishes, burrata, custom pastas, wings, salads & Italian gelato.

Dough is made fresh in house daily and pies cook for 90 seconds in their 1000 degree oven. Everything is mdae right in front of customers via their open kitchen

Tomato & Co is open seven days a week, located past the entrance near Shake Shack and Mighty Quinn’s across from Bar Louie.
