Porto’s Peri Peri, a Portuguese chicken restaurant chain, has opened in Saddle Brook. With locations in Illinois, this appears to be their first in New Jersey.
The menu (View Menu) offers flamed-grilled chicken made to order using their secret Peri Peri bastes. Chicken is vegetarian fed and never frozen then marinated for a minimum of 24 hours. Sauces are made from African birds eye chili mixed with fresh herbs and spices
Porto’s is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
