Wok to Walk, the international fast casual Asian-themed chain, is coming to West Nyack. There are a number of the 100 or so outlets in the US, peppered in NYC and Newark.

The menu (View Menu) allows customers to customize dishes cooked in a wok with a base of noodles (think egg noodles, udon), cereals (think rice, quinoa) or veggies and topped with choice of protein, sauce, and toppings. Priteins includes items like chicken, prawns, salmon, steak, bacon with sauces named Tokyo (teryaki), Bangkok (yellow curry), Saigon (garlic & pepper) among others. Toppings like fried onion, peanuts, jalapeno, and pink ginger finish off your dish.

No word on an opening date, though the store is currently hiring.
