Roadfood Names White Manna a Best Classic Slider
Roadfood, the guidebook of “Authentic Regional Eats” which also operates Roadfood.com, has named their list of America’s Best Classic Sliders (Read Full List).
The list if full of the “classics”, not veggie sliders or tuna sliders or lobster slider. The basic beef and buns with “glistening onions”.
And the grandaddy of them all made the list: Hackensack’s very own White Manna with their mini ground beef burgers “festooned with onions and cheese” when asked and “nestled in a tender potato roll”.
