Carlito’s Barbecue Taqueria, and offshoot of the mobile BBQ trailer, is opened a brick and mortar storefront at the Paramus mall.

The food truck/trailer hits up parts of Hudson and Sussex county serving bbq as tacos or by the pound. The menu (View Menu) is fairly straightforward, with meats cooked for up to 16 hours with hard oak wood. They only use USDA prime meat that are free of hormones and antibiotics.

According to the big sign up on display at Garden State Plaza, Carlito’s is aiming for a Fall 2018 opening.
