Jack’s Lobster Rolls, an offshoot of Jack’s Lobster Shack in Edgewater, Montclair and coming soon to Cresskill, has opened in Ridgewood.

This is a new concept for management, with a menu (see below) limited to lobster rolls, mac and cheese, grilled cheese, and soups/salads. The space is smaller, which required ditching the fryers and lobster tank from previous stores – thus the truncated menu options.

Everything is using the same recipes as in Edgewater, plus they are trying a new item called the Metro Lobster Roll: cold Maine Lobster meat with a touch of mayo, tarragon and lemon.

The restaurant is open everyday from 11:30am-8:30pm with takeout and delivery soon.
