New Jersey Monthly has shared their list of the Best New Restaurants (Read it Here) in their most recent issue out now (dated February 2018). As the periodical covers the entire state, the list covers North, Central and South Jersey – from “fine dining to grab-and-go”.

Only one local eatery was recognized this year – down from four last year – Gayeon in Fort Lee, the restaurant and bar at the new Hudson Lights project. Described as “compelling and elegantly presented” though not “stuffy”, they were also lauded for their “helpful service”.
