California Pizza Kitchen Adds Cauliflower Crust to Menus

California Pizza Kitchen has announced the nationwide introduction of a cauliflower crust from their pizzas – a first from a national restaurant brand.

The crust offers guests a new gluten-free option in lieu of the classic hand-tossed dough or crispy thin crusts
