Napoli, a new wood burning pizza restaurant, has opened in Cliffside Park.

Owner Marty has worked and trained with some of the big players in the pizza game, including pizza mater Roberto Caporuscio (Keste, Don Antonio) and most recently working at Millie’s (Morristown). The menu (View Menu) is a mix of wood fired pies (12 inch) made from 00 Caputo flour and homemade ingredients.

Pies at Napoli are cooked in an imported oven from Naples for less than two minutes at temperatures close to 900 degrees.

Napoli is open seven days a week till 10:00pm.
