Soba Azuma in Fort Lee Releases Fall Menu
Soba Azuma, the soba noodle focused restaurant in Fort Lee, has started offering new items for fall (View Menu).
For ingredients, they try to use items that are in season such as certain mushrooms, a green curry and more. They also do something called the dipping soba where the noodles are served cold and dipped into a hot dipping sauce. It is meant to represent the weather being both hot and cold in the fall.
The new menu is available daily while some items are only available on weekends.
