Kimchi Smoke in Westwood Launches Fall Menu

Kimchi Smoke Barbecue, the traiditonal BBQ restaurant with locations in Westwood and Montclair, has added more Korean options to the menu for the fall.

Owner/Chef Robert Austin Cho has added items like Heart of Glass Noodles (their version of Jap Chae), Tofu BCS Rice Bowl (tofu over smoked kimchi, Korean slaw, and rice with Bourbon Chipotle Sauce and remoulade), Smoked Tomato Bulgogi Salad (hickory smoked tomatoes with thinly sliced ribeye over greens with house vinaigrette) and KBS Soy Garlic Chicken. The chicken recipe took home Best Chicken at the ’14 Monmouth Park BBQ Fest and features hickory smoked wings with a gluten free sweet and savory glaze. The all natural chicken is from Goffle Poultry.

Cho and his team can also be found at the NYCWFF at the Burger Bash with Rachael Ray and the Backyard BBQ with Andrew Zimmern.
