California Tortilla, the Cal-Mex chain, has reopened it’s Montvale outlet under new management.

The restaurant opened back in January of 2015 – they’ve since opened in River Edge – offering made-to-order burritos, quesadillas and salads all from an open kitchen. Everything is homemade including all sauces and guacamole (View Menu), with no freezers on site. Spicy food fans are appeased with the “Wall of Flame”, which houses 75 bottles of hot sauce brands from around the country.

Hours for the shop are seven days a week beginning a 11:00am.
