Shake Shack is bringing their brand new Hot Chick’n, a crispy chicken breast sandwich, to both Paramus Shacks for a limited time (beginning August 1st).

“We’ve been playing around with a spicy version of our Chick’n Shack for some time now,” said Shake Shack Culinary Director Mark Rosati. “And we couldn’t be more thrilled to finally share our newest creation with our Shack fans!”

The Hot Chick’n is crafted from an all natural cage-free chicken breast that’s slow-cooked in a buttermilk marinade, hand-dipped into their homemade batter, dredged through seasoned flour and fried. The sandwich is then dusted with a guajillo and cayenne pepper blend and topped with Louisiana hot sauce slaw, kosher dill pickles and served on the standard Shake Shack potato bun.

Shake Shack operates two locations in Paramus, one at 479 Route 17 South and the other inside the Garden State Plaza mall. More info on the brand and new sandwich is available at the Shake Shack website.
