Sweet Green Cafe, a new vegan restaurant, is now operating in Ramsey. This means their kitchen is entirely animal product and byproduct free – no meat, dairy, eggs, honey, gelatin, or other animal byproducts of any kind.

The restaurant owners formerly owned Skyline Luncheonette (Ringwood) after some family health issues. Without plans to open another eatery, family members began adpoting a vegan lifestyle, so the idea was born to bring it to the area.

The (soft opening) menu (View Menu) offers plant-based alternatives to common favorite foods – including sandwiches, salads, soups, smoothies and more.  Sweet Green is currently open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch with plans to expand the menu to include dinner and additional options as well.
