Due South Broad Bistro Ridgewood Has Been Sold
Chris Tarta, who opened Due in Ridgewood back in 2013, has sold the business according to details from Tarta himself.
The restaurant changed directions will the hiring of Adam Weiss as Executive Chef a year later, then a move down the block – along with name change to reflect a new direction again – early last year.
Tarta took back the chef duties shorty thereafter, though explained he has decided to move on from the restaurant business for now. No word on what the restaurant will become.
