Dill Fresh Mediterranean Grill, bringing a “fresh, unique take” on Mediterranean food, is coming to New City.

The menu will feature fresh dips like hummus, eats like gyros and falafel, plus a full range of artisan olive oils, salts, spices, syrups and other products for sale.

Dill is aiming to become the first restaurant in Rockland County to compost their food waste, with all of the takeout products being 100% biodegradable, compostable or recyclable. In addition to takeout, they will offer dine-in and delivery options.

Word is that ownership is aiming to open sometime in June.
