Opening Alert: House Malaysian, Cliffside Park, NJ

House Malaysian, a new restaurant serving (you guessed it) Malaysian cuisine, has opened in Cliffside Park.

Head chef Mr. Loong has over 20 years of Asian fusion food experience with a specialty in Malaysian and Thai food – he was also the head chef at House of Malaysia in Fort Lee. Ownership is also in charge of another restaurant named Lemongrass Asian Fusion on Long Island.

The menu (View Menu) is mostly Malaysian style, but fusions with Thai, Chinese, and Indian as Malaysian cuisine consists of cooking traditions and practices found in Malaysia, and reflects the multi-ethnic makeup of its population. There are lunch specials everyday but Sunday and all you can eat hot pot.

Bubble teas and fruit, freezer drinks are also available – they plan on offering a full bar in the future. The 100 seat dining room is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner from 11:00am till 9:45pm.
