Opening Alert: Wok Bar, Fort Lee, NJ
Wok Bar, a new hot pot (Wikipedia entry) restaurant, has opened in Fort Lee.
The menu (View Menu) focuses on the “create your own” hot pot, consisting of customer filling a bowl with fresh vegetables and meats (beef, chicken, lamb, fish ball, etc), which is cooked up to the degree of spicy and served as a hot pot (soup) or dry hot pot (in sauce).
Wok Bar also offers skewers of for addons to your meal, plus many other “real” Chinese dishes according to staff – with lunch specials available. The restaurant is currently open seven days a week.
