Red White & Que Coming to Little Ferry
Nestled in the news that highly lauded (Read Best BBQ in Every State from Thrillist) that Red White & Que in Kearny was opening a location Scotch Plains, was another is headed for Little Ferry according to a report by NJ.com (Read Full Article).
The shop is co-owned by Dan Misuraca who is a former marine, serves a menu (View Menu) of on-site smoked meats using only Certified Angus Beef and Duroc Pork including Carolina pulled pork, St. Louis cut ribs, brisket, smoked chicken and local sausage. Sides are also available and are all homemade.
According Dan’s wife Katie, it will be a small location that will be mostly take out and hopefully have outdoor seating. They are interviewing and hiring for all positions with an initiative to hire local veterans from the area – plus they’re in the middle of their “build out phase”, though the plan is to open late March.
