So it appears American Cut has cooked it’s last steak in Englewood Cliffs. The high end eatery from LDV Hospitality and Chef Marc Forgione has closed according to a source at LDV.

American Cut opened last February after a large scale renovation — designed by Tenafly native Danny Forster — which ultimately included a build out of an outdoor patio. They updated their menu mid-summer with a chef change and even made our list of best new dishes for their homemade Everything Biscuits.

For those looking for their fix, American Cut still operates four locations — two in Manhattan, one in Atlanta and another in Puerto Rico.
