Wine Enthusiast Magazine named Claremont Vodka from local NJ distiller Claremont Distilled Spirits to their Top 100 Spirit list for 2016 with a 93 point rating. Claremont Vodka tied for second of all Vodka’s rated this past year.

According to their Spirits Editor Kara Newman, the vodka is “soft and mild” with a “neutral aroma and flavor” that finishes “clean with the barest earthy-cocoa note on the exit”.

In addition to the Wine Enthusiast Award, Claremont Vodka received a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition earlier this year. Claremont Distilled Spirits claims to be the largest craft distillery in New Jersey – though we are unsure by what metric – producing Vodka, Moonshine, Bourbon, and American Whisky.
