A Sub to Remember is a sandwich shop off of Paterson Avenue in East Rutherford that opened its doors on October 22nd. It is rooted in the basics of an Italian-deli: fine meats, fresh cheese, and delicious bread. Traditional mozzarella is made in-house daily by the shop’s own cheese maker and bread is delivered daily from Calandra’s Bakery.

Among over fifteen subs, available in half and whole portions, is a classic named The Grandfather: a simple sub made with Prosciutto di Parma, fresh mozzarella, and roasted red peppers. #12, The Uno Struzzo, is stacked with salami, ham, Prosciutto di Parma, soppressata, capicola, and provolone cheese. The menu also features an assortment of wraps and panini.

A Sub To Remember is open Monday-Friday from 11 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm. It is closed on Sunday.
