Rolling Cow, an ice cream shop utilizing the popular rolled Thai ice cream technique, has opened at Garden State Plaza. This is the second location for Rolling Cow, the first is in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Bay Ridge.

The menu (View Menu) is a mix of homemade flavors crafted from a “proprietary crème anglaise” – made with fresh cream, non-fat milk, and pure cane sugar. However the real hook is how the ice cream is frozen right in front of the customer and rolled up (see above photo) into you cup.

According to their Facebook Page, Rolling Cow is open six days (Monday-Saturday) from 10:00am till 10:00pm.
