Blue Moon Mexican Cafe has introduced an updated menu (View Menu), featuring new entrees from scratch kitchen — a result of wanting to enhance flavors and stay in tune with the trends and desires of their customer base.

Many new sauces and spreads were created to freshen up classic menu items giving them “bolder” flavors, like a Mexican Chimichurri sauce to the menu that is used on certain new tacos and burritos. Protein choices were expanded on items such as the combination platters, burritos and quesadillas to now include: carnitas, barbacoa and their Full Moon chili.

Other items are new tacos, including tweaks to their fish taco recipe — a new Modelo Beer batter is used on cod filets and topped with a nopales tartar sauce with Mexican slaw. A sauteed cod option called Tacos Cancun, is also available. A burger section allow for customization — choice of meat and veggie patties, toppings, sauce and cheese. A new separate bar food menu will launch in Norwood soon as well.

Blue Moon operates locations in Englewood, Norwood, Woodcliff Lake and Wyckoff. They are open seven days a week with full information available at their website.
