Foster Village Deli in Bergenfield Returns After Fire

Foster Village Kosher Delicatessen, which was ravaged by a fire from the adjacent Foster Stationery back in April, will reopen next week. It’s been in business since 1966, run by current owners the Mizrahi family since 1977.

The Mizrahi’s have remodeled and rebuilt the space — including new deli cases, a new counter bar, and hot food display plus new seating layout. The menu remains the same — homemade corned beef, brisket, latkes, knishes, salads and soups.

The official announcement from the family is that beginning tomorrow (Monday, October 17th), they will be open for business – again under the supervision of the Kashruth Committee of Bergen County.
