Sixty5 on Main, a new restaurant and bar featuring Chef Moshe Grundman (Michelin-star winning restaurant Oceana), has opened in Nyack. The three-roomed restaurant was designed with an international feel, with live music regularly planned for the space, looking to transport patrons to New Orleans with jazz and blues.

Chef Grundman’s menu (View Menu) was made for sharing, highlighting his use of  local and fresh ingredients, which will change seasonally to reflect local produce and in-season fruits, vegetables and more. Dishes have influences stemming from around the world including Mediterranean and Spanish.

The bar features a hand-made wine cellar showcasing bottles from the local Hudson Valley, France, Italy and Australia. Cocktails crafted from blending fresh ingredients and different spirits, with the list being updated for the seasons.

Sixty5 on Main is currently open Tuesdays thru Sundays for dinner.
