PizzaRev, the build-your-own fast-casual pizza chain, has opened it’s first area location in Nanuet. The outlet is operated by local restaurateur Satyen Shah on Route 59 in the Toys R Us Shopping Center. He’s also recently announced plans for expansion to Clifton, Secaucus and Wayne.

Their menu (View Menu) offers a “Craft Your Own” pizza assembly process – similar to Chipotle. Construction of a 11″ personal pie begins with the crust selection (original or gluten-free) pressed-to-order from a homemade dough ball. Guests then choose from four signature sauces (like an organic marinara and their spicy-sweet BBQ) and top the pie with as many of the 30+ fresh ingredients they want, including cheese, vergetables and meats. The pizza is then cooked in their custom-built 900-degree stone hearth oven for less than three minutes. Each pizza, no matter how many ingredients are selected, is only $8.25. This location also offers wine and beer.

PizzaRev’s interiors are simple and modern with exposed ceilings, concrete floors and natural tones. The chain is open seven days a week.
