This year, Crystal Springs’ Executive Chef Anthony Bucco has introduced an entirely new menu (View Menu), with all cooking done in wood fired ovens and grills. Chef Bucco and Crystal Springs work closely with local purveyors and farmers from the surrounding Skylands and New York’s Black Dirt Region, in addition to sourcing from the garden and the resort’s nearby farm. Also new to the fold, Mixologist Carlos Ruiz (Ryland Inn, Agricola) crafts cocktails with a focus on locally sourced spirits from New Jersey and New York.
The Chef’s Garden is open from Thursday to Monday from 12:oopm – 10:00pm.
