Local Jersey spirits brand Claremont Distillery (Fairfield), has launched the latest spirit to their portfolio. Their Peach Vodka pairs all-natural New Jersey peach flavor — which we’re told is complex and layered with a delicate base — with the slightly sweet and soft buttery taste of Claremont’s vodka.  In addition, a slight spiced hint to the nose releases the aromas of allspice and star anise plus a taste with hints of vanilla, lavender and biscuit with a clove finish.
