Gentle Giant Brewing Company, a microbrewery and barbecue joint, has announced they have secured space for their brick and mortar operation in Pearl River. The plan is for the space to serve as a tap room that will include their beer & BBQ plus beverages from other local breweries, wineries, and distilleries.

They will contract the brewing process out till they can build out their own. The ‘cue will be crafted using wood as the lone fuel source in a Lang brand smoker — items they’ve been serving (local catering) from the smoker till now are chicken wings, St. Louis style ribs and pulled pork (vinegar-based sauce).
