Chef Josh Bernstein Wins Round 2 of Ultimate Chef New Jersey
With the secret ingredient of fennel, Chef Josh Bernstein of Spuntino Wine Bar and Italian Tapas in Clifton was victorious over Chef Justin Manzi of The Pig and Prince Restaurant and Gastrolounge in Montclair during Round 2 of the inaugural Ultimate Chef New Jersey (formerly Ultimate Chef Bergen County) competition.
Next Saturday, January 23rd pairs against Bernstein against Round 1 winner Chef Don Macmath of Twin Brooks Country Club in Watchung. The festivities begin at 11:00am.
