Local Executive Chef Jeffrey Kellish has taken over the helm of the kitchen at Brasserie Brandman in Park Ridge. Kellish has spent the last eleven years in the kitchen at The Park Steakhouse in Park Ridge – with this being a homecoming of sorts – Jeffrey worked in the iconic Valentino’s during the 1990’s where Brandman’s now operates.

Chef Kellish has introduced some new dishes to the fall menu (View Menus) such as his Butternut Squash Soup, Torchio Short Rib Ragout, Mussels Mariniere and Cowboy Ribeye Steak. Those dishes will be in addition to some of their regular menu items like the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Organic Brick Chicken, Chocolate Spare Ribs and the Tomahawk Friday night special.

“The restaurant and bar is beautiful and am so proud to be back in this newly renovated space and I really enjoy being back with Scott” said Chef Jeffrey. Scott Tremble joined Brasserie Brandman as its General Manager a few months ago. Scott was the founder of Esty Street and most recently was the GM at Park Steakhouse.
