JDs Steak Pit in Fort Lee Debuts Wood-Smoked Menu

Longtime Fort Lee restaurant JDs Steak Pit has introduced a new menu featuring wood-smoked meats. All are smoked for 6 to 8 hours with oak – proteins available are brisket, spare ribs, beef short ribs chicken and sausage. According to the menu (see below), chickens are available whole or half, shorts ribs by the pound – with other meats costing $9 per ‘serving’. JDs has been serving these options for some time, though they are now officially available everyday.
