A Mano in Ridgewood Launches New Menu from New Chef

Award-winning pizza chef Michele D’Amelio, who joined the team at A Mano in Ridgewood in June as head pizzaiolo, has now revamped the Neopolitan pizzeria’s menu (see below) – which launched in the last two weeks.

“We completely redesigned and updated A Mano’s new menu, highlighting key items such as housemade-daily mozzarella and our wood-fired pizzas. One thing that hasn’t changed is the pride that goes into making our pizza. We use the same pizza-making methods used in Naples for more than 300 years. Tradition is important.” said D’Amelio.

A Mano is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Monday – Thursday from 11:30AM–10:00PM, Friday–Saturday from 11:30AM–11:00PM and Sunday from 12:30PM–9:00PM.
