Bachi 197, a new spot serving teriyaki, sliders, and Belgian fries with homemade dips and sauces, has opened in Wood-Ridge – next door to Rita’s. Everything on the menu (View Menu) is made to-order with “fresh, with high-quality ingredients”. According to their website, they specialize in a “clean” cooking style that uses little oil but delivers lots of flavor. The restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
