Mi Rancho, the Mexican restaurant in Hackensack since 2008 now has a sister location in Teaneck. The shop is serving mostly the same menu (View Menu) – according to staff on the phone – with a few changes. This includes various apps, quesadillas, burritos, meat and fish entrees, fajitas and a few lunch deal specials.
