Hard Rock International announced its plan to build a casino at the Meadowlands in New Jersey earlier this week. Amongst the filler regarding jobs, tax revenues, number of slot machines and tables was the fact that the proposed project “will also feature ten restaurants and four bars”. Of course all of this is contingent on various political plays still in the mix – and probably a ways off.

However full specifics on the types of eateries and nightlife planned are not yet available – though we’ve been told there will be Italian and Asian-Fusion concepts. Current Hard Rock Hotel properties feature a large choice of restaurants crafted by Michelin-starred celebrity chefs and others including fine, contemporary and casual dining.
