OpenTable unveiled the 2015 Top 100 Best Al Fresco Dining Restaurants in America according to the combined opinions of more than 5 million restaurant reviews submitted by verified OpenTable diners in all 50 states. According to the press release, reviews collected were between May 1, 2014, and April 30, 2015 – with all restaurants required to have a minimum number of reviews to be included – which were then sorted within the “great for outdoor dining” category along with a minimum “overall” rating. The complete list may be viewed at http://www.opentable.com/m/best-outdoor-dining-restaurants-in-america/.

Only one New Jersey restaurant made the list – Focacceria Ristorante in Liberty Corner (Somerset County), which offers “Italian cuisine in a casual dining” according to it’s Facebook Page. Natuarlly as a winner in the “al fresco” category, those venturing out might be most interested in dining at their patio. The restaurant is open six days (closed Monday) for dinner with lunch service Tuesday thru Friday.
